Useful information - for customers

We have developed this page to help our customers find information on some common issues.

If you cannot find the information you need, or need more information, please contact your nearest International Certification Office.

Scope of certification

Clients often have difficulty determining the scope of certification. During the certification process, we will work together to agree on the appropriate scope of certification that best describes the organization's activities. The scope of certification is a short sentence or two that is present in the organization's certificate.

The scope must meet the following requirements:

     - Be clear and concise.

     - Don't be misleading.

     - Not longer than 300 characters (with distances)

EXAMPLES of suitably formulated ranges are:

     - "Design and development of software solutions for the medical industry."

     - "Production and distribution of aluminum garden equipment".

     - "Design, production and distribution of industrial flooring".

     - "Import and wholesale of auto parts".

At any time, clients can request a change in scope by filling out the "Request for Change" form and sending it to the International Certification Office.

Change customer information

If at any time there is a change in the information about the client, he must notify us by filling out a form "Request for change" and send it to the office of International Certifications.

A "request for change" must be completed in the following cases:

     - Change of address

     - Change contact person

     - Change contact phones

     - Change email address

     - Changing the scope of certification

The completed change request will be reviewed and the customer information will be updated.

A client wants certification for additional programs

When an existing client wants certification under additional programs (for example, he is already certified according to ISO 9001, but also wants ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001), the first step is to request a certification offer that covers the additional standards. You can fill in the electronic request for offer from our website or contact the local office of International Certifications.

Once we receive your request for an offer, we will send you a formal offer that does not commit you in any way. To start the certification process, we only need to get completed and signed the last two pages of the offer.
